Here is our floorplan - The Lakeview Cottage - Designed by Garrell and Associates. There is supposed to be a basement but since we're in "the lowcountry" we can't have one so where the stairs are now will be Dustin's office. We are also making the garage a little deeper.
Congratulations on the plan! I can't wait to follow your blog! My husband and I are wanting to build the Amicalola version of this plan in the next 3 or 4 years, so for now I will live vicariously through you! Thank you for sharing your home building journey!
